How Long Do CoolSculpting Treatments Last?

CoolSculpting involves placing a specialized applicator over the targeted area, which then uses suction to pull in the tissue and lower the temperature to a chilling range of 39-41 degrees Fahrenheit for around 45 minutes. This controlled cooling selectively targets and destroys fat cells in the treated area, which are then naturally expelled by the body over the next few months. Treatment duration is dependent on the number of applicators used and varies based on the individual treatment plan, but on average, it takes about 3-4 hours for a complete CoolSculpting session.
