Do I need a Doctor on Staff?

In many states, you are not required to have a medical doctor on staff.  While in many instances you will need a medical director that may or may not be required to be onsite.  Depending on your state requirements a medical director may be an RN, NP, MD or other medical professional.  In most states, a non-medical person can operate a CoolSculpting device.  PLEASE CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE ATTORNEY FOR THE REQUIREMENTS IN YOUR STATE.
